Thank you for your support during
our 2007-2008 season
Since 1937 the mission of the Wilton
Playshop has been to further the performing arts by
providing quality live Theatre to the greater Wilton area, and by
doing so,
provide an educational and growing experience for all involved.
The Wilton Playshop is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation that
offers the quality live theatre experince to the greater Wilton
area through the support and gererosity of the members of the Wilton
Community and the Wilton Business Community as well.

The Wilton Rotary
Club presented a check for $5,000 to The Wilton Playshop in
support of the Playshop's ongoing restoration campaign. The
donation helped to provide new carpeting in the theatre's "green
room" as well as new fire-proof doors. Presenting the check
to The Wilton Playshop President Zelie Pforzheimer is (l-r)

HSBC's generous donation covered the cost of repainting the
interior of the theatre.

Bank sponsored a Wilton Chamber of Commerce, Business After
Hours event at the Wilton Playshop to highlight the efforts
to revitalize the playshop on Wed June 11th. It was catered
by Barcelona [an award-winning Spanish tapas restaurant group
with locations in SoNo, Greenwich, Fairfield, West Hartford
and New Haven and and regularly wins in the Appetizers and Wine
categories in Connecticut Magazine’s annual “Best
Of” competition. |
